1. Apply 1 patch daily to a hairless part of your body. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Press & hold the patch for 5 seconds before releasing.
2. Keep the patch on for a minimum of 8 hours but do not wear it more than 12 hours. Patches can be worn during sleep.
3. To remove patch, wet it with warm water and gently pull on each corner without yanking.
4. Repeat with a new patch the next day.
