1. Apply 1 patch daily to a hairless part of your body. To enhance desired effect, you can use 2 patches. Avoid using any lotion or cream in the same area as it will inhibit absorption. Press & hold the patch for 5 seconds before releasing.
2. Keep the patch on for a minimum of 8 hours but do not wear it more than 12 hours.
3. To remove patch, wet it with warm water and gently pull on each corner without yanking.
